My teaching methods are structured and developed for each individual person. I believe that there are many ways to teach a student. The key to successful teaching is finding out how your student learns; auditory, visual, didactic or with a combination of learning styles. I use a combination of visual and didactic aids in my lectures. I encourage an environment where questions are welcomed. I want students to not just learn the material but understand it as well. I try to make learning fun and relate it to things that they may find interesting. I am a college graduate that has spent the past 8 years working in health and science education and development. During this time I have not only developed educational programs for low literacy and bilingual groups, written grants for government funding for Health educations, but I learned how to educate people of all types of literacy levels.
