It has been my conviction to provide every student with the best education possible, regardless of the subject; thus, I have taken numerous post-graduate courses, and I possess a personal library of approximately 4,000 books. I am particularly interested in and concerned about teaching students to read. I have read extensively and done some successful tutoring in this area. My teaching style is 90 % hands on activities, where I look for ways to connect the hard core topics with the student ,whether it is through their environment, cultural or any topic of interest so the student can relate to the topic and start to familiarize with the topic. Student after that will have to use the concepts ,tools and material of research provided by the teacher to excel or master the topic on his own. Finally ,student and teacher will engage in communicative activities where student will demonstrate master of topic . I have worked with high school and college students who wanted to improve their skills in writing and speaking. I have also tutored people working to acquire English as a second language.
