I prefer hands on, a back-and-forth style of learning where both I and the student have something to offer to the session. I like input from my students, and like including real world examples and application of the skills I'm teaching. I've been involved in the arts since high school, and I graduated summa cum laude from one of the top arts colleges in the world, Savannah College of Art and Design. I earned a B.F.A in illustration, which I'm currently using to illustrate a series of graphic novels. I also have over 19 years of dance experience, had my poetry and short stories published numerous times, and enjoy working with others on things that we share a passion for.
