My comments on tutoring Logic : I am able to figure out Logic/Puzzle problems naturally, and is something that is basic for me to solve. I am a great problem solver in this subject. I use systems, clues, and strategy to answer logic questions.

My teaching style is multi-dimensional, and personally tailored to each specific student. Each student is unique and special. Everyone has a different learning style, which means each person has different need in terms of how they learn. I learn about each student, and take the time to figure out how they take in information. Also how they best understand their course material, and whether their learning style is Visual, Auditory, or Kinesthetic. Perhaps a person's learning style is a combination of these three things. When I teach, I use colors (pens/markers), diagrams, figures, counting figures(ex: colored counting bears), and a writing board to work out/solve math problems. When tutoring in Reading, Spelling, and Vocabulary I use the writing board, flash cards, and stories to help my students feel compforatble with their subjects. I believe that the best way for a tutor to assist the student is to adapt to the individual’s learning style. We all have different approaches to learning and identifying which method maximizing your understanding of the topic helps to not only gain insight into difficult concepts, but furthermore increases your interest in the subject being taught.
