I enjoy helping others learn and master their educational skills by sitting down with them and taking them step by step through the process with which they need to apply to their task at hand. I am a patient person who makes the learning process fun for those who are seeking help. A Little Bit About Me...

None of my family had gone to college, so it was predicted I would not either. I had a hunger to learn, so I systematically worked full-time and studied part-time, earning eight major degrees in cities where they alowed residency rquirements to be met in such a way. I was young and energetic, so it was a lot of work, but a joy. It took about 15 years to finally earn my doctorate. Along the way, I earned certification in a half dozen fields (especially loved English, social stuides, and psychology). I was employed for decades in education, teaching full-time for five years, often teaching on the side when I was counselor or administrator. For two years, I was an education supervisor at the Hawaii Job Corps, and it was my job to ensure that the students' academic needs were being met. I excelled at that job, but had to leave as I moved back to the mainland. I worked as both a tutor and a teacher for many years (10) and loved my career.
