I must admit that my experience with teaching is limited, however I love to sit down with groups of children and help them to discover new concepts and ways to learn the subject matter. I taught five year olds for two years in Sunday School. Every week was a challenge to help them to pay attention and listen well. Fortunately, through a great deal of patience, perseverance, and consideration for the children I was able to make learning about the scriptures fun. It truly amazed me how much they had learned through the year. Of course, much of the credit should go to their parents, I got them involved as much as possible.

I believe that children all come with different levels of cognition. Therefore, each child has their own learning pace. I like to give a child the time that he needs in order to accomplish his goal in learning. I recently graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Human Development. However, before Human Development was my major, it was English Language. Through my four years at a major university, I have learned how to properly write research essays, what sources are credible for essays, and essay format. I also have had a pet-peeve for words that are incorrecly spelled and when there are grammatical errors in something professionally done.
