I just graduated from Arizona State University with a BS in Biochemistry (Medicinal Chemistry) and received a minor in Biology. I have logged over 100 credit hours in ASU’s science departments while meeting the Dean’s List requirements. Growing up, my parents always emphasized the importance of giving back to your community and I also believe a career in science and education is the best way to do that. My hard work and dedication has not just been applied to academia, but also to my extracurricular activities. I have been a leader of a student-run university service organization for the past two years and a member of several others.
