As an undergrad I attended Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois, a school well-known for its academic excellence, where I studied Christian Education under a group of highly talented professors. While this degree was not a typical teaching degree, it incorporated a significant amount of educational theory, communication skills, and developmental psychology which I have used as a mentor, Sunday school teacher, and tutor. I then attended Fuller Theological Seminary as a master’s student where I studied theology and youth ministry. A Little Bit About Me...

I am a very patient and understanding young lady. I love working with people, and helping them to feel better and more confident about accomplishing their goals. Since I am considerate of others, I take into account whatever it is they will need in order to advance their education. As a student myself, I found that I wanted to put in extra effort to learn a subject whenever I had a wonderful and patient instructor who made learning engaging and fun.
As a graduate from Cochise College in Sierra Vista, I was a T.A for two years at Center for Academic Success High School (I have a finger-print clearance card). I worked with high-risk teenagers, helped keep them encouraged, and was extremely attentive to their needs. I excelled in helping them with Language Arts and English. In addition to my two AA degrees, I have completed a BA degree in English, with a minor in Theatre.
