My approach is to establish a relationship with small talk and introductions. A parent must be present at all times. I will keep up with the child's work load in the respective subject and also be in contact with their teacher. But my inital style will be repetition, which I found to be most productive during my time in the military. However, I realize that there many different methods to teaching. I realized my dream after some of my cousins came over to America from the war torn country of Liberia and were having a very hard time adjusting.
