I did my bachelor's in CIVIL Engineering in India.After my bachelor's I worked as an Assistant civil engineer for residential projects. During my bachelor's, I took mathematics classes for students in my community till tenth grade. I taught for around 20 students during the first two years of my bachelor's.
I have a habit of teaching the basic concepts thoroughly giving them examples and some new problems underlying the same concepts to solve on their own. I also used to conduct tests regularly. This will assess the student and also how much more effort the student has to put in learning the subject.

Turning your weakness into your strength

I have been tutoring for over seven years, starting with my peers in tenth grade. I have tutored a wide range of subjects, from Geometry through Calculus III, from general computer knowledge through utilizing the advanced functions of Microsoft Access. I have tutored people ranging from my peers to people three times my age, to as young as third graders. My motto has evolved into "Helping those who feel they can not be helped"
I help guide the student along, having them discover much of the information in a trial and error fashion. My teaching experience/background began in 1976 when I enrolled in the Teacher Corps-Peace Corps program at Texas Southern University in Houston, TX where I pursued a masters degree in secondary education (math). The program included university course work at Texas Southern University, student teaching at a local high school in Houston, and a two-year overseas commitment as a Peace Corps Volunteer teacher. I completed all of the requirements except returning to Texas Southern to complete the remaining course for my degree.
