I am excellent at breaking things down and making them easy to remember. Relating the subject material to something the learner can understand is key. I am very patient and will take the time to learn how to help each student in the most productive way I can.
Completing a double major in Computer Science and Mathematics in less than four years took dedication and excellent study skills. So far, I have only tutored people in Calculus, and Physics, but I am comfortable with Differential Equations, Discrete Math, freshman Chemistry and Biology, and pretty much anything Computer Science related at the undergraduate level.

I began my teaching career by working in an urban setting in Pittsburgh. My educational background is solid with a very strong mathematical teaching base. I have been a self-employed math tutor for fourteen years working with grade levels five through twelve in addition to college level students.
