I love working with children because they have such a youthfulness that is full of life and ready to take on new challenges. I have worked in numerous leadership roles and One of the aspects I try to instill within the mindset of children, is that English is not as boring as they may think. I believe that if you capture a child's mind by relating the core subject to something similar they are interested in, then you can teach them anything. I want to show students a new way of learning through hands on methods. I am patient yet firm.
