I love children. I am the Youth Director at my Local church and I believe children learn best my hand on. I am very patient with children and children love my care free style. I want them to be free and honest when they are around me. It is my prayer that I can make the difference in a student whether they be young or old.

I have earned two Associate Applied Sciene degres in General Office Technology and Early Childhood Educaiton,which have helped me to have a desire to help young people excel in life. Children have the ability to learn in a variety of ways. I learn the appropiate way to aide a student in their studies by observing their technique of solving a problem and helping them explore the problem. I show students how to break down the problem in various ways to help them better understand it. Some students need to work with a tutor on several problems; others may need a song or visual representations to help them understand a problem. Sometimes, every type of learning needs to be used to help a students understand. I am patient and understanding of the needs of a students and their tutoring needs.
