I would say my teaching style is more relaxed. I believe this helps one see students weaknesses and strengths better. It also allows one to compare the overall effect of teaching for each student. When I see a student falling behind then thats when I take action and try top get them where they should be in that area.
My experience is one that has taken me many different places to meet many diffrent people. I have always had a gift of helping others and conveying to them my knowledge. A Little Bit About Me...

I did not realize I wanted to become a teacher until after I took a long-term substitute job while looking for employment. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and decided to further my education so that I could continue to teach. My undergraduate degree is in Mass Communications and Public Relations, which has helped me relate to all different students effectively and in different ways. My graduate degree is an Alternative Master's Degree in Secondary Language Arts. My experience in teaching began as a UPS manager in 2007, when I was in charge of training new employees in UPS processes. In 2008, I enhanced my capabilities with an English degree (3.98 GPA) and more teaching experience in the form of ESL tutoring for Korean students. Early in 2010, I began teaching pre-AP English at Booker T.
