I have also completed a culinary pastry diploma which led me to become a pastry chef from the Ritz Carlton, Ecole Escoffier from Paris-France. I love teaching and working with children of all ages, especially at the elementary and middle school level. I believe students learn best through exploring the material at their own pace and applying life experiences to the material at hand. When I am teaching students I am both patient and considerate, as I know that the material can be difficult to learn.
