I don't think I have really developed a "unique style" by only teaching a year or so. I am a very patient person and I really like to see the "sparkle" in a students eye, when they truly understand something for the 1st time. I like to explain a concept and then give the student a problem and see if they get it. If not, I will go over as many times necessary...until they understand the material.
I have a recent Bachelor's in Accounting, as well as 15+ years of accounting experience in both private and non-profit settings. While working at Thornhill Education Center, I had the opportunity to work with students and help teach GED classes. My main focus was math. I also had the opportunity to teach a level 1 accounting class for community education.

My academic credentials include a BA from Hanover College and a MBA from the University of Louisville. I have been an Adjunct Professor University of Louisville 1994- 2008. I taught Business Statistics (Management 201) and Operations Management (Management 401). I also taught Operations Management for one semester in the MBA program at Fontbonne University in St. Louis MO. I have had training in the methodology of Six Sigma. Although not a Black Belt in Six Sigma, I have worked on many Six Sigma projects. These projects require an in depth knowledge of statistical methods. I also studied German grammar and literature in depth through classes at Bellarmine.
