My experience has been in training staff in accounting and tutoring nephews and nieces in school. I tutored my niece, Amanda, who was a D- student in math. She believed she was not smart enough. With my tutoring her to look at math differently, she improved her grades to an A. Even the teacher was quite surprised at the quick turnaround. I am very patient and detailed teacher. I go step by step when trying to teach a child how to do something. I don't skip steps. If they still don't understand, I don't go on to the next part of the lesson. I make sure they know and understand how to do the first part before I go onto the second part.
