I love when I can help others!

My teaching style is more hands on because that's how I learned fastest when I was in school.
I am going to school to become a teacher in the grades of kindergarten through 5th, I have been a nanny for several people and have enjoyed it completely! During my nanny duties, I would of course have a home-schooling section and would also help around the house when needed, so I think that I am a very good candidate for teaching basics and other subjects to help kids better themselves and their studies!

I have historically been a sketch artist. This talent led to me into graphic design for advertising. I later majored in advertising and worked several internships and practicums with a variety of ad agencies and publication, including Southern Living. Over half of my 24-year is comprised of creative management positions. Recently, I decided to get back into higher education to earn my Masters degree in graphic design.

A Little Bit About Me...

I have spent the last 10 years as a student and as an instructor. I realized that I needed computer skills and decided to get the skills necessary to survive. While I was a student, I acted as a tutor. This reminded me how much I love teaching. After I graduated from Nash, I began working as an adjunct instructor. In this capacity, I have worked in all levels of education. I enjoy corporate training and immured instruction. I am a CPA with 11 years experience in Public Accounting and another 15 years experience in various accounting positions before I decided to go back to college and get a degree. As a young adult I was insired by another CPA. She was a great mentor to me and inspired me to get my degree and pass the CPA exam.
