My comments on tutoring GED : I perform well on standardized tests.

I was the Director of the Math and Science Lab at Volunteer State Community College for over twenty years. I taught and tutored the students in all of the college's math and science classes. I have worked with mathematics subjects from Basic Math to Differential Equations, including Statistics. In science, I have worked with Chemistry, Pre-Chemistry, Biology, Physics, and General Sciences.

A Little Bit About Me...

By the time that I have spent a short time with my students, they know that I care for them and want them to be the best that they can be; they know that I expect good work from them and want each to do his or her best. As I learn my students, I realize my need to differentiate my teaching styles to fit my students' specific learning needs and am convinced that each person can learn and can do well if he or she is worked with according to his or her particular learning style.
