While putting my now seventh grader son through school, I have learned I have natural ability, desire and passion to teach, especially math, logic, statistics. I easily apply cases to the real world cases for easier understanding. I also discovered I have a simple driven mind for logic. I earned my Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Computer Information Systems and should graduate from University of Illinois Chicago with my Masters of Engineering Degree at the end of 2010.

A Little Bit About Me...

College students are difficult to work with because they think they know it all. This was a blessing in disguise because it taught me not only to learn different ways to tutor a student, but also to figure out through body language and little signals as to whether or not they were actually comprehending the information. Teaching is not just giving information and hoping they retain it. My teaching style consists of teaching, asking questions to ensure they know or understand the material, and exercising hands-on work and examples to ensure the student can apply what they have learned.
