LOUD & LIVELY! I like to make the lessons I teach interesting and involvement is key. If I can educate and entertain (a tool I use), I command participation, respect and learning. As an educator, I have tutored students in mathematics and English from grades 4 through college level. I have taught songwriting in summer camps, 4th grade language arts and ESL to high school kids fresh from Korea. With over four teaching experience in a K-8 school district I hold a Standard Certificate in Elementary Education and Middle School Language Arts. I graduated Magna Cum Laude with my Masters in Education. I have designed curriculum for Language Arts and Technology for two school districts. I student taught in a kindergarten classroom. I had two different classes and they were all different. They were all on different levels and I needed to figure out were they all were. In do believe that all children can learn, but in there own way. I am the kind of person who is energenic and patient. Each child can reach anything they set their minds to.
