Education is the easiest way to success.

I believe my experience falls directly on the amount of effort I have put into the subjects. Coming from another country ad having a lack of communication due to an absence of knowledge of the English language, I have battled my way through school. I have had to put the time and effort into every subject I learned and will not hesitate to share that knowledge with any other student. I like to make learning fun by teaching according to what my students like. For instance, with the little girl I tutored, I knew that she was a visual learner and that she loved art and music so I gave her a mnemonic device in a form a song she liked to help her remember verb conjugations. I also made flashcards for her to remember fruits and vegetables as well as articles of clothing. I will make tutoring more creative because it makes fun and I feel that when kids have fun while learning, they remember more.

My comments on tutoring Math : Have taken math up to Calculus Part 1, and will be taking Calculus Part 2 and linear Algebra starting in Feburary.

I like to explain and show the student how to complete a problem. I do this 2 more time with different questions and then proceed to see if the student understands how to complete it on his/her own. I am open to most styles of teaching if a preferred style is requested.

I am Chris, a recent graduate of Thomas Edison State College. I began my college life at the local community college, the Antelope Valley College in Lancaster, California. There, after two years of preparation, I decided to apply for admission to Cal State University Northridge.
