My teaching style is unique to each student's indivdual needs. I take time to recognize my students learning style and provide the need materials or teaching style based their needs. I prefer tutoring to working in a classroom because I can give each student the specialized one-on-one time they need to help not only keep them on track with their school's requirements, but also introduce them to better study habits that could help them excel in the classroom when they do return to school.

From my experience working with learners/students in both a classroom and a one-on-one capacity, I am comfortable working in either area. I am extremely patient and pride myself on making my students feel comfortable with me and I can adapt my teaching style to suit each child as needed. I come from long line of excellent teachers (as both my parents and my mother's father were all teachers and then principals) so it is in my blood.
