It was required that I take Education in a Multicultural Society in college, which peak my interest in education. I began tutoring students and found it very exciting to see students learned and comprehend an assignment or lesson that they were having some difficulty with. As a supervisor with a Social Service agency it allowed me to become even more involved with the community and education. As a young college graduate, I am still in the mind set of studying. My main focus is in administration and training for health systems. I was the valedictorian of my graduating high school class and one of the top high school math and science students in the nation, but I was not always a stellar student. For instance, I received a “D” in math in the second grade. I attribute my transformation to an "A" student at least partially to my third grade teacher in whose class my math grades improved dramatically and I jumped from the lowest to the highest reading group.
