Special Education is one of my top subjects! I have been a Special Education Teacher for 4 years at the pre-k level working with students 3-5 years old with various disabilities.

For the last 4 years I have taught Special Education at the pre-k level. My classes consist of students with disabilities, as well as students without disabilities. LESSONS SHOULD ACCOMMODATE STUDENT LEARNING STYLES

I have 15 years of teaching experience with special needs students in a rural school district. During this time i provided private tutoring sessions for Elementary, Middle, High School and College students. At the college level my tutoring experience is with reading, writing, study skills and organization. Currently I develop educational programming for incarcerated youth.
My belief is that all students have different learning styles. Therefore lessons need to be individualized to meet student needs.
