I use all the main teaching tools. Both hands on and visually for those students who need different tools. A Little Bit About Me...

I graduated with my masters in math education in 2008 from SUNY Fredonia. During the school year, I am a substitute teacher. I have taught long-term at various districts in 7th/8th grades, as well as Algebra. Currently I am teaching summer school through a BOCES program, which includes Algebra and Trigonometry. During the school year I have tutored a Geometry student as well.
All students learn in a different way. Primarily, I will try to tutor to that students strengths, but I will include other ways as well. This is to allow the student various opportunities to better expand a topic they struggle with and gain more knowledge on that topic. I was able to tutor these students and advise them in the general format of the essay.
