My comments on tutoring Musical : I have played the piano for over two decades. I have received music theory training, and I have learned to play various instruments such as the trumpet, trombone, saxophone, clarinet, drums, violin, and viola. Also, I also attended dance class for a year.

I use a combination of both online games and Websites and hands-on manipulatives. First, I like for the student to take multiple intelligence tests and then I know how best to help the student. The information I gain from the analysis is extremely informative. It tells me where the students' strengths lie such as some students are musically inclined, some are visual learners, auditory learners, some are mathematicians and various other styles. Then, the style that they learn through the best is how I would teach the student; this is based on Gardner's Multiple Intelligence. Second, meeting the standards are essential in today's education system. The four C's of the 21st century is also necessary for students' to learn. They are collaboration, communication, critical thinking and creativity.

A Little Bit About Me...

My name is Nicole Koerner and I'm a native speaker of Germany. I was born and raised in Germany. I received a B.A in German Studies/ Communication & Culture from Kutztown University,PA in May 2009. During the past few years,I've been tutoring German to children in High School. Some of my honors include the National Dean's List,Honor's List Who's Who Among American High School Students and I belong to the German National Honor Society. As a teacher there is nothing more rewarding than the look on a child's face when a skill is mastered or a mystery becomes an understood concept.
