I had no intention of teaching when I started my career in Psychology and the Analytical Chemistry industry. I continuously tried to improve my methadology to arrive at the right mix of stimulation and information to make the learning process as interesting as possible. Teaching the Physics of Xrays and chemical analysis does challenge one to keep assessing the learned content and modify as results indicate.
