All learning starts with a question, both by teacher and student alike. My role is both as teacher (coach and guide) and student (questioner). I should employ a variety of questioning techniques to better understand strengths and weaknesses, then prescribe remedies tailored for individual strengths and weaknesses, facilitating the learning process and desired outcome. I have over 37 years experience managing peoply in Supply Chain management and material acquisition. In this role I designed and wrote courses. Using Power Point presentations I taught courses in my field to over 100 students in classes as small as ten to as large as fifty. I also tutored children for two years in the Leon County literacy Volunteer program and one year in the ESOL program. I enjoy teaching and helping young people.

While living overseas in both Ukraine and Mexico I taught ESL through a non-profit organization for 4 1/2 years.
