Progressing through graduate school and working as a undergraduate student demonstrator allowed me to define learning as a personal process of growth. In order to reach all students, a teacher must use a variety of teaching techniques to meet the various learning styles of the students and must therefore be both flexible and approachable. Teachers should work more as an aid or guide that facilitate the learning process, rather than as omnipotent instructors who attempt to force knowledge into the minds of their students.
