I try to make the student feel as comfortable as possible with making mistakes. That's the whole point of studying, to improve. A Little Bit About Me...

My most recent rewarding interaction with kids has been been the result of functioning as a mentor for the LC Bird High School robotics team. I've have been able to motivate many general students to join the “robotics geeks”. I find that all students have something valuable to add to the team if they are just approached and guided appropriately and offered respect.
