I acheived a B. S. in Education in 1975. My major was Spanish with a minor in French. My personal goals as an undergraduate was to obtain an education that would allow me to work in education and business as an educated professional. I continued my education with post graduate studies in business and healthcare science. I worked toward adding science to my teaching certificate in the 1980s. I have worked with children of all ages both at home and in schools as well as adults.
I prefer to teach in a classroom environment with a structure and learning standards. I can also teach in a one on one tutoring session. A Little Bit About Me...

I hold a provisional Teaching Certification from the State of Michigan; I have begun the process of transferring it to the State of Florida. A Masters degree in Education is in my near future. Prior to moving to Florida I was a football and softball coach for close to 10 years while serving the school district as a long term substitute in several capacities including Elementary and Special Education assignments.
The school setting is the perfect enviroment for character education. The combination of teaching academics and attitude together can lead a student on a path to success in all areas of life.
