I have been teaching dance for the past nine years in styles of ballet, pointe, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, jazz, hip hop, modern, and tap. I am a firm believer that if a student is allowed and taught to think independently, they will discover their own way of learning. Each student is different in the way in which they tackle various subjects, it is important as the educator to understand that approach and encourage the student to discover learning through that approach.
