I am currently a surgical RN. I have been working in surgery for about 7 yrs. I circulate, scrub, and assist surgeons in surgery. Prior to this I was a neuro trauma nurse for a big trauma hospital in Florida where I dealt with head, back, neck trauma and stroke and seizure patients. Anatomy is one of my top subjects! With Biology being one of my Top Subjects it is easy to understand why Anatomy is as well. Anatomy and Biology go hand in hand together in the sense of how cells and the body works. I am able to lead students through an adventure of the body starting from the cell to all the functions of the body.

My teaching style is very student-centered and patient. My students say I make biology and science in general seem easy. I break complicated material into small easy-to-understand pieces.
