I have always excelled in school. My master's degree GPA is 3.8. my undergraduate degree GPA is 3.85. As a retired marine officer, I have had many opportunities to teach in a military environment. In addition, I served as the School Liaison Officer for the U. S. Naval Base Guantanamo Bay School system for 3 years. During that time I also taught a college freshman English class for Troy State University aboard the base. Upon retirement, I tutored and mentored middle school students for 2 years. A Little Bit About Me...

As a student of psychology, I have always been interested in using my knowledge to help others improve themselves. My experience teaching academic subjects is fairly limited, however, for the past four years I have volunteered as an assistant instructor at my martial arts school whenever my sensei has needed the help, which has given me ample opportunity to work on my teaching techniques with a wide variety of students. Currently I am working with a group of younger children on their advanced self-defense techniques, however I have worked with older children, teenagers and adults in the past.
