My comments on tutoring Grammar : I have not had a grammatical error on a paper since I began upper level English courses.

I have been tutoring both peers and high school students during my stay at Lincoln Memorial University. Students regularly asked me to proofread their papers, and parents frequently contacted me for help with high school students senior research papers. I love teaching and tutoring children of all ages. Although I have only formally been tutoring for about 6 years, I was a tutor all through my childhood helping other children learn when I finished with my classwork. My teaching style varies depending on the age and needs of the student. When I worked with younger children, I often made up a game to help the children learn the material while having fun. Even with older children I tried to make learning interactive and suit their personality. I also varied the amount and type of aid given based on the student’s needs.
