I am truly passionate about working with children and helping them learn. I am patient with each child I work with. I hold them accountable for their own learning and success. I am not looking for them to always get the answer right, but rather to think and try 100% of the time. Sometimes we just don’t know the answer and that is ok. A Little Bit About Me...

I believe in diversity in teaching styles because each student is unique and each has different abilities in various areas. As a substitute in the Woodburn School district I could pick up material quickly and teach in various teaching styles depending on the classroom.
After graduation, I taught on a transitional teaching license. I taught in the Woodburn School District. I then went to Japan and taught English as a second language. I grew up between Bolivia and the United States and speak Spanish and English fluently.
