As a liberal arts college graduate, I was educated in multiple subjects, with a focus on the importance of integrating curriculum. I have earned two bachelor degrees, one in Visual Arts and the other in English with Academic Honors. Being an English major, I have learned extensive grammatical skills due to writing and editing four years worth of literary and expository research papers. I am a hands on kind of teacher. I like to find ways to make teaching come to life and be a fun and enjoyable experience for the student. The more one on one I can be the better. I think you can be a better teacher when you know and understand your students more. I still maintain a great relationship with girls I counseled at camp back in 2001 and 2002. Many of my students from Korea also still keep in touch with me. Building a relationship is very important to the learning process. I like to take students to places they've never been before.
