I have been teaching for over 17 years. Being very versatile, I have taught English, Ancient History, Medieval History, Computers, Art, and preschool. I started out teaching preschool and loved it. Then I went to a private Christian school (teaching completely for volunteer pay). From there, I decided that I love to help people learn. I went back to school. I am able to teach children of all ages and also am able to tailor my teaching style to the age I am teaching. Through encouragement and pointing in the correct direction instead of just giving an answer, I believe that the student learns best. I have always been driven to learn and pursue and education, this led me to completing my bachelor's degree in biology with a minor in history from UC- San Diego.
