I am quite flexible. I think every person learns differently and no singular method should be applied to when it comes to tutoring; this is not an assembly line. I would take things on a case by case basis and adapt as needed, ensuring the student is getting the best possible help that I can offer him or her.
I am an English major at the University of South Carolina Beaufort in my final semester of study and will be graduating in December with a BA and a concentration in writing. As a recipient of an Associates Degree Summa Cum Laude; I have and more importantly my students have experienced success within and outside of the classroom. I have been a camp counselor, tutor, coach and teacher. I have taught English in Ghana, preschool in Argentina and special education in the Bronx. A Little Bit About Me...

I earned a bachelor of science degree in Adolescent/Young Adult English/Language Arts Education from Miami University in December 2008. I then taught tenth, eleventh and twelfth grade English for six months, from January to June 2009. During the 2009-2010 school year I have been substitute teaching in both middle and high school.
