I am an English major at the University of South Carolina Beaufort in my final semester of study and will be graduating in December with a BA and a concentration in writing. Though I have never formally been a tutor, I have always been the person that my friends have gone to for help with composing papers, interpreting and analyzing passages of literature, and general study skills for how to improve their writing and/or reading abilities. I am a member of my university's varsity softball team, and I have helped a lot of my teammates on long bus rides to games delve into a passage of Shakespeare or see the beauty behind Wordsworth's lines.
