I was fortunate to be able to enter college full-time at the age of fourteen. This gave a great opportunity to pursue a wide variety of interests and still graduate slightly ahead of my peers. As a result I had almost completed the requirements for majors in several subjects, including chemistry, German, music and the subject I received my degree in, biology. In addition to taking courses in these subjects, I was able to work as a German tutor for over a year and as a teaching assistant for two sections of first semester organic chemistry.

I am a professional singer, actress and dancer who has taught throughout my 15 year career. I truly love teaching, especially in a one-on-one or very small group setting. I love to help a student work their way through any difficulty they are having in any of the major subjects. It is always a challenge to direct the students learning and not do the work for them. But it is a good challenge! While I was a supervisor in the ACE based Christian school, I helped many of the students in the school to understand the areas, especially of math and science, where they had difficulty.
