I have a strong sense of academic excellence and try to instill the core values of diligence, focus, and perseverance on each student. I also try to make learning enjoyable by providing real world examples and reasons for why we need to learn what we are required to learn. A Little Bit About Me...

As a recent fall 2009 graduate, it is my goal to become an educator and help other students learn the concepts behind mathematics. I want students to understand that math is not a scary subject and that you can enjoy this field area. In the past, I have tutored/volunteered in the following areas of mathematics: Basic math. College Algebra, Algebra 2, Trigonometry, Discrete math, and Pre-Calculus. I am always helping someone on the side. Whether it is one question or an entire assignment, it is my pleasure to share my intellect with someone else.
I feel that everyone has the potential to learn and retain the materials that are presented to them in the schools. Sometimes you just need someone to further explain the topic at hand.
