As a substitute teacher, I try to engage the interest of all the students by greeting them by name initially as I welcome them to their classroom. Easing the tension when someone messes up by asmitting that everyone blows it at some point is always a hit. After graduation I applied and got a teaching job and I taught at Skyview Middle School in District 49 for 4 years teaching Ancient Civilizations.
