I am a firm believer in a student-centered setting with an emphasis on differentiation and rigor. Each student has a different learning style and a specific skill they excel at. I am very empathetic with interpersonal skills and can use the skills students excel at as an advantage to advance others and help a student discover their own potential for learning.
