I have been working with children since I was 16. I have worked with students from different types of backgrounds, economic statuses, and personailities. I have earned my BS in elementary education and was placed in various schools. I have experience with with a wide variety of dufferent students through Boys and Girls Club, Project Reads, and Girl Scouts. I have been subbing for Fort Wayne Community Schools since Febrary 2009. I enjoy watching children learn and grow. I believe there are different teaching techniques for each individual student. As a Bowling Green State University student who has studied Communication Disorders I have come across many experiences with children. I received an honors degree from Fairborn High School and Wright State University. Education has always been very important to me. While attending WSU for fine arts, I was reminded of my passion for teaching and decided to also acquire my art education certification.
