I double-majored in biology in chemistry in undergrad, so the field of science and medicine is my first love and my strength. During my years at the University of New Haven, I earned a BS in Biology and a MS in secondary education. I believe that a student who lacks the basic fundamental skills in reading and mathematics will struggle to stay focused in class and continually be disruptive and ultimately stop attending school. A Little Bit About Me...

I am a very motivating person and tend to use humor as a method of teaching. I teach to and with the child and never down to him/her. I break large components into their simplest forms so that a child learns to take things one step at a time and not feel overwhelmed.
