I have two younger sisters myself, and I am currently coaching the eight year old's softball team. From this experience, I have learned to have patience and creativity when it comes to teaching. I break things down so they become fun and informative.
While at Virginia Tech, I dedicated much of my time to volunteering. Here I fell in love with serving others. I graduated from Union College in June of 2008 with a BS in Biology. Due to hard work and dedication, I received my BS in three years instead of four. I have been substitute teaching for almost a year for many different grade levels. As of recently, I have been tutoring students in mathematics.
