I am a college sophomore at the University of Missouri-Columbia. I am pursuing Bachelor's degrees in Journalism and Art History. My expertise is in English, history, and art, but I also have experience tutoring in French up to high school French III. I received a 35 and 36 on the English and Reading portions of the ACT, respectively. I also received a score of 4 or above on the following AP exams: Art History, English Literature, American Government, Comparative Government, American History, and European History.

I think that everyone has a propensity to learn a language and each student needs someone very patient to go down the path of language learning with them. A student learning a foreign language must speak the language a lot, so I will place an important emphasis on conversational skills. Once a student can converse correctly and comfortably in another language, they will have more fluency in their writing, reading and listening skills.
