Need help with Biology? I can make learning fun!!

I have always used student-oriented teaching methods. For example I usually give the students real -life scenarios such as case studies to reinforce the concepts they learn. Finding a style that suite the individual level is the most important part in my idea. The next step I would take is to give each student assignment according to their level and try to see how they will perform for a week or two.
